For the past few years, I've packed up a carload of screens, inks, fabrics, and all sorts of ideas, and headed North. I'm fortunate to live in a place with four distinct seasons, and I want to pack all the outdoors I can into the 3 months of summer.

My summer studio is one stall of our garage and I can open the door wide, and feel as though I'm outside while working. And much of the time I am outside! I run over to the hose to get water, dry the cloth on the trees, and allow the bugs to keep me company in the studio (ticks excepted).
